Great Alternative - If you struggle with getting access to Plant-Based curd, then this product is a great alternative that allows you to enjoy a taste that's similar to that of curd, even if curd isn't available near you.

Preparation Method:

  1. Take your favourite brand of 1-litre Packaged Soya Milk
  2. Heat it up to 42°c and do not boil it.
  3. Cut 1 sachet of Soya Curd Culture and add it to the heated milk.
  4. Stir well for 30-40 seconds
  5. Cover it and place it in a warm place.
  6. Check after 6-8 Hours. The curd should be set and ready to consume.

Depending on the weather, the curd may take more or lesser time. For cooler places, you may need to warm the milk and curd culture mixture every 3 hours for 10-12 hours. However please do not boil it!

Store the curd in a refrigerator and consume it within 2-3 days.

You may get little soya after taste which can be masked with little salt and mustard, jeera or chilly tadka. Do this whenever you want to consume.

Ingredients: Lactic Acid Bacteria (LAB)

Shelf life: 18 Months from MFD when stored in deep-frozen (minus (-)18 degrees celsius) and 1 Month from MFD at the temperature of 20-25 celsius (but highly recommended not to keep out due to tropical weather).

Storage Direction: Keep it deep freezer for long shelf life (18 Months)
