All Natural Ingredients: Tomatoes (65%), onion, ginger, garlic, fresh herbs, spices, cold pressed sunflower oil, natural vinegar, un-refined brown sugar and unprocessed sea salt.

Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture. if unopened.

Storage: Once opened consume within 4/5 weeks. Always close lid and refrigerate, after opening. Always use a dry spoon. It’s normal for this sauce to separate during storage due to the absence of artificial emulsifiers and stabilizers...JUST GIVE IT A SHAKE BEFORE YOU POUR!
