Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food, made by fermenting soybeans with a starter culture. It has a rich smoky flavor and nutty aroma with a firm, creamy texture. It is a great source of protein and vitamin B-12. Fermentation aids in developing natural umami flavor which will make you fell in love with it.
The “Tempeh Starter Culture” contains 5 sachets of Rhizopus oligosporus. Each sachet can be used to craft firm, creamy, and nutty Tempeh from 500 grams of soybeans. We provide you with detailed instructions and FAQs with the product. Additionally, if you are stuck somewhere, we are always available to help.
Using this pack, you can create up to 5 kilograms of Tempeh.
