Directions for use : Refrigerate the pack at all times. Do not freeze. After opening the pack, store the unused tofu in a bowl of water and refrigerate. Use this within 2 days. For additional softness, add the tofu cubes to boiling water for a few minutes before adding them to the curries. Do not deep fry.
