While preparing silken tofu, the whey from the curds is not separated. It makes the tofu much softer and gives a much smoother & silky texture, all thanks to the coagulant.
Using this pack, you can create up to 10 kilograms of silken tofu. The silken tofu coagulant contains 5 sachets of calcium salt. Each sachet can be used to handcraft rich, creamy, silky, and delicious silken-tofu from 2 liters of soy milk. We provide detailed and easy-to-follow instructions with the product.
