Serving Suggestion:
1. Shake: Blend two scoops of our Origin Nutrition Protein with 300-350ml/1.5 glass of water/plant-based milk & shake(we highly recommend ice-cold water for best taste).
2. Smoothie: Blend two scoops of Origin Nutrition Protein with 300-350ml/1.5 glass of water/plant-based milk and your favorite fruits (we highly recommend adding half of a banana to your fruit mix).
3. Rotis/Chapati: Mix some of our protein powder into your roti/ chapatti dough/ dosa batter and transform them into a high protein meal!
