Sodium Alginate is the sodium salt of alginic acid and derived from seaweed. It is a white powder, odourless and tasteless, slowly soluble in water forming a viscous solution. Keep the lid tightly closed. Store in a cool & dry place and keep away from sunlight.

Directions to Use:
Add Sodium Alginate in a litre of liquid base and combine these in a blender, not by hand. It will gum almost instantly and form clumps if not constantly in motion while it is being incorporated into the liquid.
