Directions of Use: Meron Refined Carrageenan is ideal for applications that require sheen, slice ability and shape retention. Mix the desired quantity of product in 1 litre of water or milk base. To dissolve boil at 85-90^◦ C and stir continuously. Once completed dissolved, add to the base mixture, set at room temperature and refrigerate for long shelf life.
