Directions to Use:

Meron ice cream stabilizer - is ideal for frozen desserts that require stability, creaminess

and also a good mouth feel. Dissolve the quantity of stabilizer in 1 litre of water or milk base. Boil at 85o- 90oC with proper agitation until it dissolves completely.
