Guar Gum is useful as a thickener, emulsifier and stabilizer. It is used as an additive and enhances the softness and quality of breads. Use it to make sauces, jams, salad dressings and cheeses. Keep the lid tightly closed. Store in cool and dry place and keep away from sunlight.

Directions to Use:

No heating or cooling is needed for Guar Gum to form a gel. It does so as soon as it is in contact with a liquid. Acid and heat don’t affect it, so it can be used in a wide variety of sauces and juices. Add Guar Gum in 1 litre of liquid base. Combine, these in a blender and not by hand. It will ‘gum’ almost instantly and form clumps if not constantly in motion while it is being incorporated into the base liquid.
