Agar Agar is a hydrocolloid extracted from red seaweeds commonly used as gelling agent. Its strong gelling capacity, without the need to add other agents, allows it to form gels from solutions of various densities. Our products are available in both strips and powdered form. Both give exceptional results when used for confectioneries such as jelly candies, gummies, vegan marshmallows etc.

Directions to Use:
It is thermo-reversible and can stand sterilisation temperatures. To dissolve add powder in 1 litre of water or milk base. Boil at 85-90 degree stirring continously. Once completely dissolved, add required flavour, sugar and colour.
Pour in a mould and set at room temperature. Agar stays firm even at higher ambient temperatures, so no more worries about desserts melting on hot days.
