All Natural Ingredients: Dates-seedless (39%), Lime (35%), cold pressed sunflower oil, ginger, garlic, spices, natural vinegar, un-refined brown sugar and unprocessed sea salt.

Shelf Life: 15 months from the date of manufacture. if unopened.

Storage: Once opened consume within 12 weeks. Does not require refrigeration. Always use a dry spoon.
