Our Artisanal chocolate has a high distinctive burst of cocoa, with just a minute touch of sweetness, to give you an anti-oxidant rich experience in a surprisingly smooth chocolate. Pure cocoa butter chocolate. Free from any emulsifiers, or soya lecithin. Gluten free and plant based. Uses: Can be used for tempering and creating your own chocolate creations or for healthy ganache, fudge cakes, truffles, chocolate sauce, chocolate milk or wherever your imagination takes you.
