Cooking instructions: 

Add 1 cup of Gourmet Craft’s Millet Idly mix and1.5 cups of water to a bowl.

Mix the contents in the bowl to achieve idly batter consistency.

Add more water if required.

Pour batter into an idly plate and cook in a steamer/cooker for 15 minutes.

Serve it hot with chutney or sambar.
