Coocking Instructions:

Millet Idli: Add 1 cup of Gourmet Craft’s Millet Idly mix and1.5 cups of water to a bowl.

Mix the contents in the bowl to achieve idly batter consistency.

Add more water if required.

Pour batter into an idly plate and cook in a steamer/cooker for 15 minutes.

Serve it hot with chutney or sambar.

* No soaking required.

Peanut Chutney: Add 5 spoonfuls of Gourmet Craft Peanut Mix and half a cup of water to a bowl. Start with little water to maintain the texture of the chutney. Mix the contents in the bowl to a desired consistency. Add more water if required. Enjoy the delicious peanut chutney with any dish of your choice.
