Masala dosa, schezwan dosa, paneer dosa, or upma dosa, give the millet dosa a twist with a variety of fillings. Pair it with Gourmet Craft Instant Peanut Chutney, Pongal Mix and Millet Idli Mix for an authentic South Indian feast ready in 15 minutes.

Cooking Instructions: Add 1 cup of Gourmet Craft Millet Dosa mix and 1 cup of water to a bowl.

Mix the contents in the bowl to achieve dosa batter consistency.

Add more water if required.

Pour batter onto a hot greased nonstick pan and spread.Fry on medium heat until the base turns golden brown.

TIP: If desired, add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli.
