Coocking Instuction:-

Millet Dosa; Add 1 cup of Gourmet Craft Millet Dosa mix and 1 cup of water to a bowl.

Mix the contents in the bowl to achieve dosa batter consistency.

Add more water if required.

Pour batter onto a hot greased nonstick pan and spread. Fry on medium heat until the base turns golden brown.

TIP: If desired, add finely chopped onion, coriander leaves, curry leaves and green chilli.

Peanut Chutney: Add 5 spoonfuls of Gourmet Craft Peanut Mix and half a cup of water to a bowl. Start with little water to maintain the texture of the chutney. Mix the contents in the bowl to a desired consistency. Add more water if required. Enjoy the delicious peanut chutney with any dish of your choice.
