Description : This carrot cake is all things healthy, and all things delicious. Indulgently spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger.

Directions of use :  MIX together plant based Buttermilk, Cake Mix & Oil in a large bowl then stir in the grated Carrot till combined.

-POUR and spread batter in a greased & lined 6" round pan.

-BAKE in pre-heated Oven at 180°C for 30-35 mins or Microwave for 3 mins. Cool before cutting.
