Job Description:

• Working alongside the chef.
• Assisting the chef with the needs of the kitchen.
• Includes chopping, cooking, preparing ingredients, keeping inventory, organizing and maintaining a clean workspace, and properly presenting food items.

Eligibilty:

• Ability to read basic English for SOPs
• Chopping skills
• Basic cooking knowledge
• 1-2 years of experience in a commercial kitchen is preferrable
