Rollin' Plantz is a unique plant-based eatery offering starters to desserts. We are looking for a cafe manager to handle end to end operations of the eatery for smooth functioning and increase customer satisfaction. You role is immensely important for the growth of this new brand.

1. You are responsible for managing the daily operations of a eatery, including scheduling staff, training employees, ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, online deliveries, handling cash, monitoring finances, maintaining a clean, and inviting environment and adhering to food safety laws.
2. You know how to nurture the customer relationships, resolve issues, and strive to create a popular and reputable local cafe.
3. As cafe manager you are aware of all the legal and compliance requirement related to food safety, hygiene and food and non-food disposal.
4. Keep tight control on the overall costs of running the place and best ways to optimise it.
5. Work with the chef to improve the recipes, share customer feedback and introduce new menu.
6. Maintain the menu and listing on swiggy, zomato, magic pin, own website and other channels. Work towards maintaining the highest rating across all sales channels and Google.
7. You are resourceful and know how to quickly fill the roles if any sudden exit in the cafe.
8. Ready to roll the sleeves when needed, and take up any role to fulfill the need of hour.
9. Oversee of the routine maintenance of place when needed like civil, plumbing, electrical etc.
10. Daily and monthly performance reporting.
