Ingredients list:
| Whole wheat flour | 100g |
| One good ghee(plant-based) | 50g |
| Jaggery | 60g |
| Almonds | 10g |
| Cashews | 10g |
Instruction:
Step 1
Add 50ml of One good ghee to a pan and heat it for 1 min.

Step 2
Add wheat flour and sauté it on low flame for 10 to15 min till it turns golden brown colour.

Step 3
Turn off the flame and add grated jaggery and mix well.

Step 4
Grease the plate with ghee and spread the mixture on this plate and tap the plate to distribute the mixture evenly and add roasted almonds and cashews on top.

Step 5
Once a cooled, cut it into square or diamond shapes and enjoy!
