Vezlay Soya Noodle (200 gms)

Step 1: Open the pack of noodles and break it into small pieces. Take 100 grams of Soya Noodles along with 1 teaspoon salt in 1 liter of water and boil it for 15 minutes approx(till it becomes fully soft). Stain the Soya Noodles and keep it aside.
Step 2: Take 200 grams of capsicum, 200 grams of carrot,300 grams of cabbage and 200 grams of onion. Cut all the vegetables in thin & long shapes.
Step 3: Take a kadahi/deep fry pan and pour 2 table spoon of refined oil.
Step 4: Put all the cut vegetables in the pan and stir fry them for 1 minute. Add the boiled Soya Noodles to it. Thereafter add half teaspoon of vinegar, 2 tablespoons of green chili sauce, 2 tablespoon of red chili sauce and 2 tablespoon of tomato sauce. Mix all these ingredient with the Soya Noodles well and Stir fry them for 6 minutes. Garnish with spring onions.
Step 5: Serve with tomato Ketchup/Chilly sauce.
