Our Grated Mature Cheddar style Sheese is a handy dairy free alternative to cheese that sits alongside our block and sliced varieties. Like out other Sheeses, it’s made with coconut oil and is perfect for people with specialist diets such as vegan, kosher and lactose intolerance.

If our Mozzarella or Mild Cheddar flavours aren’t strong enough for you then we think this one will please your taste buds! Like the other two, it can be used on pizza or in toasties, but it’s also great sprinkled over vegetables like broccoli and cauliflower as is, or try melting it into cheesy sauces and enjoy over your vegetables, for a really savoury treat. Try adding it to vegetable pies for a delicious cheesy flavour too, or melting it over Mac ‘n’ Sheese for that extra tang that cuts through other flavours wonderfully.

The target consumer is those requiring an alternative to dairy cheese type products due to allergic, dietary or preferential reasons. Its intended use is within all consumer groups including vulnerable groups, e.g. young/infants, the elderly, allergy suffers, immune-suppressed or compromised and pregnant women.
