They're meaty, yet made of plant and so protein-licious, that you certainly won't be able to tell the difference. 

Directions of Use:

Cooks exactly like Chicken Kebabs

Cook using a Tawa/Pan

Step 1 - Remove and thaw the kebabs. Do not refreeze them once thawed.

Step 2 - Heat 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick tawa/pan.

Step 3 - Add the thawed kebabs and keep flipping them to ensure even cooking on both sides.

Step 4 - Cook on medium heat for 4-5 mins until done.

Cook using an Oven/Air Fryer

Step 1 - Remove and thaw the kebabs. Do not refreeze them once thawed.

Step 2 - Preheat the oven/air fryer at 200 degrees.

Step 3 - Line the baking tray with foil or parchment paper and brush it with a little oil.

Step 4 - Add the kebabs and flip them midway to ensure that they're evenly cooked on both sides.

Step 5 - Cook for 10 to 12 mins until the kebabs are golden brown.
