Prompt delivery. Chocolate could do with less cocoa butter!

I have been looking for dark chocolate that is ‘clean’ (very few ingredients, no additives or artificial ingredients), gluten free, dairy free, etc and Piperleaf ticks all the boxes. The only issue I have with it is that the quantity of cocoa butter is very high. Also it would be better if it contained coconut sugar (low glycemic index). I much prefer clean dark chocolate brands in the US (Hu) and the UK (Raw Halo) but unfortunately there are no equivalents here.
