A full-bodied soup with the goodness of Almond and fennel gives you a very heavenly, European flavour. Almond not only a good source of protein, it is great for skin health. They also have anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant effects. The subtle flavor of fennel gives a beautiful aroma, aids in digestion, and is a coolant for the body.
Key Ingredients: Barley, Fennel, Almonds, and Indian spices.
Method: Add about 2 teaspoon of the soup in about 200ml of water at room temperature. Mix well. Bring it to boil stirring continuously to avoid forming lumps. cook for 5 to 7 minutes. Adjust salt to taste. Pour the soup into a bowl and it is ready to serve.
Serving Suggestion: Add caramelized onions and well-sauted mushroom for enhanced taste.
