Description : The Fiddlehead fern used in our pickles is gathered from the hills of Himachal. These ferns are young, tender, and tightly curled with firm shoots. They grow on damp forest floors near small streams. Sourced ethically, wild garlic leek adds to the taste and nutrition of the product. The wild leek is a rare ingredient of this product. This edible part of the plant is sourced from high altitude region from areas with almost no human impact.
Directions of use : Can be consumed to enhance flavour and taste with veggies, rotis , paranthas and curries.
Ingredients : Fiddlehead fern, Wild garlic leek, mustard oil, apple cider vinegar, coriander, chilli, saunf, jeera, turmeric, fenugreek, crystal salt.
Shelf life : 12 months from the date of packaging.
