Directions for use: Recommend Evening Bath, burner or inhalation
- Add 4-8 drops in the aroma diffuser.
- 1-2 drops to the desired area after dilution [2% EO in carrier oil/base]
- Use with potpourri, diffuser lockets, aroma burners
- Add to the back of the pillow.
- Inhalations : 2-3 drops in warm water/humidifier
- Run a warm bath and add 6-8 drops
