Directions to use:

STEAM: Bring the water to a boil in your steamer, lightly spread oil on the tray and place your dim sums evenly around the tray. Steam for 4-5 minutes and enjoy.

Note: Cooking time will vary depending on voltage and/or temperature of oil.
