Description:

This crusted cheese is made only from organic, activated cashews. The cashews are fermented and then seasoned with nooch and pink Himalayan salt, after which it is allowed to mature for 4 weeks. By this time, a perfect thin crust forms, and the center is creamy and spreadable. At 8 weeks, the wheel has developed a beautiful texture that makes it sliceable, allowing you to cut it into cubes as well. A great way to enjoy this wheel is to slice it over sourdough or any other bread, pair it with wine, or cube it into salads. You can even melt it into a sauce for pastas and gratins.

Ingredients:

Organic Activated Cashews, Filtered Water, Himalayan Pink Salt, Nutritional Yeast, Live and Active Culture.

Storage Instructions:

Keep refrigerated (0–4°C) and dry. If moisture appears, just wipe it off gently.
