What to expect?
Please know that is this the ONLY 100% real gluten free bread in India that mentions every ingredient just the way they are and there is no mixing, what so ever. Please do not expect the texture of this bread to be like any other, as there is no gluten for the same.
How to use?
Please keep this bread for a few hours in the fridge as Indian climate is extremely dynamic and humid. You can there after slice it and store it in an airtight container. These slices make more delicious toasties, toasted bread & open sandwiches.
What to keep in mind?
Any ''real'' gluten free bread has a tendency to crumble after a few days, so the sooner you slice it, the better it is. Please know if your bread isn't crumbling, it is NOT Gluten Free.
