Ready to prepare Dosa mix - plant based , made using a combination of millets and dals
Ingredients / Made of:- Ragi, jowar, Moong dal (green & yellow), urad dal, onion powder, methi.
Directions to Use: Mix dosa mix with plant based curd, water and salt. Whisk to create a lump free batter and let it rest for 5 minutes. Heat a non-stick tawa, grease with oil, pour the batter and cook them like regular dosa. Millets take time to cook so keep the leat on low.
