Cooking Instructions:

1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients using a whisk. For eggless pancake, add 50ml more milk to the batter. Mix well and let the batter sit for 5 minutes.

2. Heat a flat non-stick pan to low-medium heat. Grease the pan with a little oil/butter. Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan. Do not spread.

3. When bubbles start appearing on the surface, carefully flip the pancake over. Cook medium well on both sides.

4. Serve hot with your choice of toppings which could be honey, maple syrup, fresh fruits, peanut/almond butter, fruit preserves, chocolate/hazelnut sauce etc.
