We are looking for someone who loves helping people buying vegan products and support them with after sales queries.

• Need to be a learner about the vegan products, new launches, application of products to have a good idea about Vegandukan's wide offering.
• Has proficiency with english writing and communication skills.
• Besides helping the customer to buy, you need to co-ordinate with different stakeholders to get the orders despatched on time and raise if any concerns in fulfilment.
• Follow up for any courier hold up in transit and get to the best possible resolution It's a fun role with some pressure of timelines.
• Report any discrepancies in pick-up or out of stock situation beyond SLA then inform the customer through email/whatsapp/calls.
• Be a one touch contact for customer queries and logistics concerns.
• We have Sunday as a weekly holiday.
