The Vegan English Breakfast!

The Simple and Delicious English, now Vegan!

 

Things that you'll need-

1. Bread Slices

2. Apple/Orange Juice

3. Vegan Chicken Sausages 

4. Vegan Scrambled Eggs

5. 10-15 mins

 

Cooking - 

Vegan Chicken Sausages

  1. Thaw in the refrigerator at 6-8 C
  2. Cook in any of the following ways!- 
    1. Fry in a pan with little oil, 
    2. Put in warm water (60-65 C)
    3. Grill 
    4. Microwave

 

Vegan Scrambled Eggs

  1. Heat some oil In a pan 
  2. Add onions, green chillies and tomatoes (as per your taste preferences) and sauté for a few minutes.
  3. Add the vegan anda and let the bottom layer begin to cook.
  4. Slightly scramble the egg again and continue until the eggs solidify. 
  5. Serve with toasted vegan bread! 

Enjoy with any fruit juice of your preference!
